"Come with us, we will come to you"
By the seller coming directly to the customer´s home, or work, with a bonus in the form of transporting the customer or a family member to a place selected by the customer (e.g. taking child to kindergarten in the morning, for training, taking wife to work, etc.) with a completely new car model in the client´s company offer. The seller will use the time spent with the customer in the car for a brief presentation of the product set offer (according to the customer´s interest obtained from the telephone conversation). Transport, which is also a presentation drive - can be, in case of interest, also a test drive, when the customer tries to drive the selected vehicle. Tempus Bavaria company provided Dimar Slovakia with a list of vendors to be involved in the campaign, as well as a working calendar of these vendors in electronic form via remote access for viewing and manipulation. The operator of our Call centre verified the delivery of the initiating direct mail by telephone and, at the same time, found out whether the potential client had expressed interest in any of the offered transport and presentation alternatives. In case of interest, he plans and agrees with the potential customer the exact time, address and purpose of the transport, taking into account the fact that business meetings should be held in the morning and also taking into account the already agreed meetings of vendors of the client company to avoid time conflicts. The agreed data will then be recorded in the calendar of the particular seller. Dimar Slovakia sent daily an overview of agreed business meetings of individual sellers, always at a specific time agreed before the start of the campaign by Tempus Bavaria representatives.
This campaign was one of the most comprehensive campaigns of our agency in 2009. Practically all departments of Dimar Slovakia participated in its implementation - from DTB department, through creative studio, lettershop and warehouse centre to call centre and client service department. Based on this campaign, we managed to produce up to 350 business meetings in an interesting and attractive form for the end customer.
