The aim of the project lied in maintaining and contracting the existing network of customers, motivation of partners to increase company turnover, increase of awareness related to new product segmentation, brand knowability.
Client was proposed and launched the Loyalty programme with advantages for programme members. Form of point collection and their drawing to awards from Award catalogue. Attractiveness of awards is achieved by continuous addition of news into awards at the web, and the member is informed on a monthly basis through newsletter. Members have possibility to use telephone and on-line orders and registrations of programme at the web www.kofolabiznis.sk. Support of members is provided also through Infoline of programme. Members have possibilities to use discounts also at programme partners.
For launching of programme a specially designed fold up brochure was designed which included information on advantages and events for members but also programme rules and registration forma s well as a list of products and their value in points.
